Authorization boundaries
Our systems are intended to access only advertising and business accounts that are owned by or explicitly authorized to our organization. We do not support unauthorized account access, credential sharing with unapproved parties or scraping.
Access control
Access to operational systems is restricted to approved personnel with a legitimate business need. Permissions are limited according to job responsibilities and reviewed when responsibilities change.
Data minimization
We request and process only the information required to deliver the relevant workflow, such as campaign configuration, catalog information, creative metadata and reporting metrics. We do not sell personal information or third-party platform data.
Storage and retention
Operational data is retained only for as long as needed for the stated business purpose, legal requirements and security review. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized through controlled processes.
Security practices
- Encrypted network transport for web and API communications.
- Role-appropriate access to operational data and tools.
- Logging and review of relevant system activity.
- Reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
- Incident assessment and corrective action when security concerns are identified.
Third-party platforms
Use of third-party APIs and services is also governed by the relevant platform terms and policies. Our teams are expected to use those integrations only within approved scopes.
